Dylan Bush is a Creative Pastor with more than a decade of experience leading churches through seasons of growth, innovation, and deeper spiritual engagement. He recently served as Production Pastor at Harvest Church, overseeing the creative and technical execution of worship services and events, directing teams across audio, visual, and lighting to create cohesive, distraction-free environments that help people encounter God.
Before joining Harvest Church, Dylan served as Executive Pastor at The Gate Church, where he led church operations, staff development, and strategic initiatives designed to align ministries around a shared vision and increase both attendance and engagement. Earlier in his ministry, he served for five years as an Associate Pastor at Morenci First Assembly of God, focusing on community outreach, worship leadership, Bible teaching, and pastoral care for individuals and families.
Across all roles, Dylan has demonstrated a consistent passion for building healthy teams, developing volunteers, and crafting creative programs that help people grow in their faith. With a background in Media Communication, he brings a unique blend of technical skill, strategic thinking, and pastoral heart committed to serving the local church and helping it communicate the gospel in fresh, compelling ways.
